With a possible lock out next year in the NFL how will the rookie cl of 2011 be paid?

There will be a draft next year, and with a possible lock out, how will the 32 teams pay their respective draftees. The players union is telling the veterans to save up--no play-no pay--so how will the rookie cl be compensated? Also will this deter underclmen from opting out of the draft next year and play one more college season?
