Does anyone have a quilt pattern for a grandmother's fan or knows of a link to this pattern????

Would prefer the pattern to be 12 inches...but will consider any size...its important for this pattern...not to have any part that is applicaied...the only pattern i am able to find is one that is applicaied on a 12 inch square.....
