Giving frozen veggies to animals?

I read I could give frozen veggies to my pets... flemish giants, a small rabbit, guinea pigs, and bearded dragons. This is the first time I was going to try doing it with frozen crinkle carrots but I can't remember if I am supposed to thaw them or cook them. Also am I remembering correctly that I can give these pets frozen veggies?
