I dont understand, in America is someone like Nicole Richie considered to have the "perfect" desirable body?

People know that it's unhealthy to be that thin, but that's what's considered "in", so unhealthy or not, women want to be like it. Even though Nicole's getting hit with anorexic rumors left and right, women still want to look like her for some reason.
