(im a 19 year old female) i feel so fat and ugly. i currently weigh 58 kgs, and im 5'5'' and a half. im female btw. i really want to weigh 53 kgs. what can i do to lose the weight? i binge quite a lot, i love food. my problem areas are my thighs and , they are so big and flabby, how can i reduce their size and tone them? and what foods should i eat to keep off the weight? thank you!
