Why won't Windows 7 load?

Your going to need to restore your laptop if you need to the DVD's that came with it if you don't have them you can normally order them though the manufactures website. If not the only other way is for you to download a copy of windows from a torrent site using utorrent but you need a pc to do it. Just borrow a friends windows disk and use the your own serial for the windows. It normally is in the bottom of the laptop.
