Chest pains?!? Tight burning sensations?

Hi, very recently I've been having chest pains, like a burning tight sensation that is very painfull. I went to the doctors who advised he thinks it could be acid reflux and to take gaviscon, I've done that and the pain is less excrutiating but still hearts. I,m 23 never had an illness, never even been to a hospital before, there is history of heart problems in the family? Anyone any idea what it could be?
