I am 30 year old female and I have tried every diet that you can think of from pills, shots, mages, teas,?

wraps and more. Back in August I decided to join a kickboxing center and I take cles at least 4 times a week with weight training twice a week. My eating habits have changed a lot. I still need to change a few things and perhaps remove the alcoholic beverages I enjoy drinking during the weekend out my lifestyle. In the 10 months that I have been working out I have not lost not even an ounce. Does anybody have any suggestions?
